Annual Gathering Brunch Potluck & Event: Energizing with Connection, Food, and Face Yoga

WHAT TO EXPECT

Please join us in-person on August 12, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm for the Minnesota Holistic Nurses Association annual fall gathering. This is a potluck event brunch so please brng your favorite dish to share. It is helpful to have ingrediants listed for those with allergies. Although this is a potluck event, you are welcome whether or not you bring food. Your presence is most important. 

This gathering provides an opportunity for us to connect in person and to kick off the new 2023-2024 education event season in community while indulging in relaxation with a guided face yoga learning experience.  This event will provide an opportunity to feed our hearts, minds, bodies, and souls. We hope to see you there! 

**Potluck: We welcome you to bring brunch food and drink items to share, although bringing a food item or drinks is NOT required to attend. We value your presence the most. Electricity will be limited for appliances.

9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Potluck & Informal Networking

9:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Welcome, Centering, Introductions

10:00 AM - 10:40 AM: Formal, Guided Networking

10:40AM - 10:50 AM: Break

10:50 PM – 11:40 AM: Presenter

11:40 AM - 12:00 PM: Wrap-up, Evaluation, Closure

LEARNER OUTCOMES

Participants will be able to:

1. Learn overview philosophy of yoga.

2. List 3 specific benefits of facial yoga

3. Identify specific techniques of facial yoga.

4. Engage in networking with other holistic-minded professionals to expand knowledge and connections

$10 registration, $5 for MinnHNA members.
