About the Event

WHAT TO EXPECT

This dynamic, interactive, hybrid event brings together a diverse group of four speakers who will offer different cultural perspectives and integrative strategies to emotional and mental well-being. As holistic practitioners we need to understand how to build bridges and improve the mental health challenges that have resulted from the pandemic, health disparities, social and political unrest, and traumatizing stressors.

This event will be hosted in partnership with the Minnesota Holistic Medicine Group.
