Description
The presenter will lead you through an hour of interactive and experiential experiences that promote relaxation, stress reduction, and balance for your body-mind along with cultivating a sustainable wellbeing. She will start with Drumming for grounding, then move to audience participation using QiGong which incorporates mindful movement, meditation, and breathing practices. The presenter will move to yoga mats or chairs for the Sound Meditation. This combination allows you to relax and rest; be immersed in the gentle waves of sound, vibrations, and rhythm.
**Potluck: We welcome you to bring brunch food and drink items to share.
