We are thrilled to welcome Roberta Fernandez BCH, CI, IEIS to our next MinnHNA event. Join us online for a presentation about Using Your Most Powerful Tool: Your Mind on Saturday, January 8, 2022, at 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST via Zoom.



Everyone is welcome. Earn 2 contact hours for continuing education. Event registration is $5 for MinnHNA members or $10 without membership.

Roberta will help you understand how your complex mind processes information, forms habits and creates change. She’ll present these concepts, ideas, and techniques in an easy to understand and easy to implement manner. You'll be able to use this information in a variety of ways.


The event will provide several opportunities for active learning. You'll have plenty of time for questions and will be able to enjoy the experiences you are capable of creating.

Roberta Hernandez is the founder and president of Conscious Napping®. She has a rich career and expertise in education, corporate training, organizational change and emotional intelligence.


Roberta has perfected programs and refined techniques that leverage experts in the field, the latest research on the neuroplasticity of the brain, the power of the imagination on health and well-being, and the interconnectedness of the mind, body and spirit.


She is an Integrative Emotional Intelligence Specialist, an NLP Master Practitioner, a corporate trainer in organizational change, a board-certified hypnotist and instructor, and a student and practitioner of mindfulness and meditation.
