Cindy Dols Finn

Associate Professor at St. Catherine University (SCU) and on the nursing faculty since fall 1999.
Cindy has taught nursing at the associate, baccalaureate, master’s and doctoral levels. She was on the development team of the holistic BSN curriculum. She is certified as an Advanced Holistic Nurse and a Certified Nurse Educator. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at St. Catherine University May 2017. She is on the board for the Behavior at Work Collaborative, on the board for Guardian Angels Elim Home Care and Hospice, and chair of the Ethics Committee for Guardian Angels of Elk River.
She is very excited to be part of this wonderful, heart-centered organization because of its welcoming environment and passion about holistic nursing. She strives to enhance nursing practice by supporting nurses and nursing students to embrace and engage in holistic nursing care. She encourages holistic nurses to seek holistic nurse certification.
She is working on completing her certification in Healing Touch. She is committed to promoting healthy work relationships, holistic nursing, and Healing Touch. She has a partner who moved here from Australia. She has two daughters, a dog, and a cat. She loves to be with family and friends, travel, read, camp, and afghan.
